Formed in Bowling Green, Kentucky eleven years ago, Cage The Elephant has become one of the most prolific rock and roll bands of our time In 2008, they released their debut self-titled album and made a huge impact on the U.S and international charts. Their singles "Free Love", "In One Ear" and "Ain't No Rest for the Wicked" were aggressive rock and roll pop singles that didn't rely on backing tracks and synths to become popular in rock and pop audiences. Since their debut, they've toured around the world with acts like Silversun Pickups and Manchester Orchestra, Tell Me I'm Pretty earned them a Grammy for Best Rock Album and Dave Grohl fill in on drums after their drummer (Jared Champion) fell ill. (Dave Grhol is the goat.)

As a fan, Unpeeled feels like a celebration of how far the band has come. The twenty-one track live acoustic album features tracks from their entire discography. Not only is it a celebration, but shows they're able to hold pull the resigns and give their songs new life.
