The day after his Milk Is Nasty Listening Party, Kye Colors dropped his debut mixtape MILK IS NASTY on SoundCloud late last night. The nine tracks were executively produced by Colors and engineered with the help of Caviart producer J Tone. With the only feature being Gee Watts on "BOOSIE", Kye Colors' confidence in his own work is something to be respected. I'm sure it wasn't an accident to release his debut mixtape on the anniversary of Kanye West's Graduation and Jay Z's The Blueprint, but he may be on to something.  The beat on opening track "SPECIAL" had the bounce and soul that reminded me of The College Dropout era of Ye, while "GOOD" showcases Colors' wisdom and ferocious flow...reminiscent to Jay Z's latest album 4:44. Ye and Jay Z may have more years on Kye, but the seventeen year old has a clear vision and time to expand it.
